We will also advise if other inspections are needed such as Electrical inspections, plumbing inspections or in the case of structural issues and engineer.
As well as providing a detailed report on the current state of the buildings we also give you our prediction of the future problems that a structure may encounter. This including any issues with the plumbing or flashings which can cause long term issues in the properties stability and can lead to out of pocket expenses if found after purchase.
We ensure that items which do not comply with current building standards such as incorrect and unsafe construction or temporary repairs which are likely to become unsatisfactory in future will be detailed in our reports.
