What your report includes

We provide thorough analysis of the floors, walls as well as the roof structure and sub flooring. We will let you know about any dampness in the properties structures as well as any deformation, movement and/or cracking. We will also advise if other inspections are needed such as Electrical inspections, plumbing inspections or in the case of structural issues and engineer.
As well as providing a detailed report on the current state of the buildings we also give you our prediction of the future problems that a structure may encounter. This including any issues with the plumbing or flashings which can cause long term issues in the properties stability and can lead to out of pocket expenses if found after purchase.

We ensure that items which do not comply with current building standards such as incorrect and unsafe construction or temporary repairs which are likely to become unsatisfactory in future will be detailed in our reports.
Basically anything that can decrease the value of a property we will attempt to identify in our reports, ensuring that when you purchase a property you don’t have any unwanted surprises after the contract is signed.

We use the latest in termite inspection technologies the Flir E-8 infrared camera. Thermal imaging cameras have an impressive resolution (up to 320 x 240 pixels)  so you are getting more valuable temperature information to help locate and potential termite ingress to the structure.

The FLIR camera makes early detects only minor temperature changes. The timber pest inspectors are fully trained to use of the FLIR e8 and to interpret this top of the range piece of equipment to ensure that they picked up on all potential termite problems within a home.
